Tasik Melati Baru
The beautiful lake at the Tasik Melati Recreational Park spans over 80 acres of natural wetlands. Over 150 small sandy islands are formed on the lake. The name Melati is derived from the jasmine flowers. Here, the water never runs dry and is primarily used for irrigation by local farmers for the surrounding paddy fields that are over 350 hectares in size.

Rimba Herba Perlis
The Perlis Herbal Forest has over 1,200 different species of herbs and wild flowers which are grown in a semi-wild environment in a verdant natural setting. There are many interesting attractions and activities offered here, such as educational guided tours, nature trails, herbal foot soak and massage using traditional oil, orchid gardens and nursery for exotic plants and herbs.

Muzium Kota Kayang
Located in Kota Kayang, this museum is erected using wooden structures and resembles an ancient palace. Visitors can learn about the historical heritage of Perlis and the early civilisations of Kedah here. During a soil excavation work that was carried out, it was claimed that artefacts dating back to the Neolithic period were discovered on-site.
