The adrenaline-pumping course is set 784 feet or 239 meters above ground, and all the six challenges take approximately one hour to complete. Talk about taking your Malaysian vacation to new heights!

The Gravityz is located on the 65th floor at The Top, Menara Komtar at George Town, Penang.

Monday to Thursday, Saturday & Sunday: 11am-7pm (Closed from 3pm-4pm)
Friday: 11am-7pm (Closed from 1pm-3pm)

Rope Courses and Challenges

There are 6 different challenges, including the Confidence Path, High Bench, A Great Bridge, X-Point, ZWire and G-Rocky.

Duration of Rope Course

Expect to spend 60 minutes in total, including 20 minutes of preparation, 10 minutes of safety briefing and 30 minutes of actual trail challenge.

Entrance & Ticket Prices

  • Standard rate of RM149 for foreigners.
  • Discounts will be given to MyKad holders.
  • A group of 10 is entitled for discounts. Booking must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Please note that ticket rates may fluctuate depending on the holiday seasons. You are encouraged to purchase your tickets earlier to enjoy lower prices.

How to Purchase Tickets

Tickets must be purchased prior to your visit to The Gravityz, Penang. To buy tickets, simply visit https://www.thegravityz.com/booking and book your date and time slot. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a booking number for you to redeem your wristband on the day of visit. Only credit cards and debit cards are accepted.

Eligibility for Participation

  1. Height must not be lesser than 100cm.
  2. Weight must be no more than 100kg.
  3. Participants must be 18 years old or above. Those below the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  4. Participants must have a good health condition and are free from heart-related diseases, high blood pressure, pregnancy, acrophobia and hypertension.

How Safe is The Gravityz

Every safety equipment received certification from the European Union and TUV. Each participant is given a full body harness and hooked onto a safety lanyard that is attached to an overhead safety line. On top of that, there will always be at least one instructor supervising the rope course to provide guidance and assistance.

Are Cameras Allowed at The Gravityz

Cameras such as GoPro or smartphones are allowed provided they are strapped on at all times. The Gravityz provides rental of phone pouches at RM10/piece.
