One of the original Chalet chefs, Krishnan Ramachandran, will be on hand to serve up morsels from the past, delivering flavours well remembered and still very much loved. Ramachandran previously worked at Chalet during its peak years and is excited to be a part of the pop-up event.

The Sabayon team, part of EQ's Sky51 dining destination, will be working with the Chalet chefs to deliver a modernised version of the restaurant's classic dishes. The wine list is also carefully selected to enhance the flavours of the dishes and to add to the overall experience.
