Endau Rompin National Park is the largest protected area in Peninsular Malaysia's southern half. This ancient rainforest realm in the state of Johor is a biodiversity hotspot. It is also the key habitat for the survival of globally threatened megafauna, such as the Malayan Tigers, long-tail macaques, Malayan Tapirs, and Asian Elephants.
